Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or enrolling in a Mindforge course. By doing either, you agree to these conditions.

Last updated: 1 June 2025

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Mindforge website at mindforges.biz ("the Website") and to any course enrolment with Mindforge ("we", "us", "our"). Mindforge is based at 305 Phaholyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected] before enrolling.

2. Using Our Website

You may use the Mindforge website for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our courses and communicate with us. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or our systems
  • Use the Website to transmit harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Website content without our written permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website if these conditions are not met.

3. Course Enrolment

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in a Mindforge course. By submitting an enrolment, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Enrolment process

Completing an enquiry or enrolment form on our Website does not constitute a binding enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation by email and payment has been received in full.

Course prerequisites

Each track has its own recommended background. It is your responsibility to review the prerequisites described on our Solutions page and assess whether a track is appropriate for your current skill level.

4. Fees and Payment

Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) on our website. Fees must be paid in full before course access is granted, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing with us.

Prices may change from time to time. The fee applicable to your enrolment is the one shown at the time of your confirmed booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by you

  • More than 14 days before course start: full refund, less any payment processing fees.
  • 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before course start, or after course access has been granted: no refund. You may transfer your enrolment to a future cohort (subject to availability) by contacting us at least 5 days before the start date.

Cancellation by Mindforge

If we need to cancel or significantly change a course before it begins, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a transfer to another cohort. We are not liable for any costs you may have incurred in anticipation of the course.

6. Course Content and Access

Course materials are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not share, resell, or republish course content without our written consent.

Access to course materials is provided for the duration stated at enrolment. We will give reasonable notice before access expires.

We may update course content from time to time to reflect changes in the field. We will not materially reduce the scope of a course you have already paid for without offering a suitable alternative or partial refund.

7. Conduct and Community Standards

Mindforge courses involve interaction with mentors and, in some tracks, other learners. You agree to engage respectfully and honestly at all times. We reserve the right to remove a learner from a course without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise harmful to others in the programme.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mindforge Website — including text, course materials, design, and logos — is the property of Mindforge or its content partners and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use Mindforge's intellectual property beyond personal study.

Work you produce independently during a course — such as your own project code and portfolio pieces — remains your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mindforge provides courses on an "as-is" basis and does not make any representations about outcomes, employment prospects, or the suitability of course content for any particular purpose. Learning outcomes depend on the effort, consistency, and prior experience of each individual learner.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Mindforge's total liability to you in connection with any course or use of the Website shall not exceed the fees you paid for that course.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Website or enrolment in a course.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we use your data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Website or enrolment in a course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
